Cancellation & refunds
What happens if you cancel, if we cancel, and how refunds are paid.

If you cancel
Charges run from the day we receive your notice in writing at [EMAIL]:

Most travel insurance policies refund a cancellation caused by illness, injury or bereavement. We recommend buying it on the day you book, not later.
If we cancel
If a departure does not reach its minimum group size we will tell you at least [30] days before and offer an alternative date, an alternative trip, or a full refund — your choice.
If something outside anyone's control makes the trip impossible, we refund everything we can recover from our suppliers.
Changing dates
Moving to another departure more than [60] days out costs [an administration fee of $X]. Closer than that we treat it as a cancellation and a new booking, because the ger camps and domestic flights have already been paid for.
How refunds are paid
To the card or account you paid from, within [14] days of us agreeing the refund. Bank charges on international transfers are not ours to absorb.
