Do I need a visa to visit Mongolia?+
Citizens of over 60 countries — including South Korea, the US and most of the EU — can visit Mongolia visa-free for 30 to 90 days. We'll confirm the current rules for your passport when you book.
When is the best time to visit Mongolia?+
June to September offers warm days and green steppe. July brings the Naadam festival; late August is ideal for the Gobi with fewer crowds and golden light.
How do payments work?+
You pay a 20% deposit by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before departure. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 45 days before departure. 45–30 days: deposit is retained. Under 30 days: 50% of the tour price. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Are your guides Korean-speaking?+
Yes. Every departure includes an English-speaking guide, and Korean-speaking guides are available on all Mongolia tours at no extra cost — just select the option at booking.
